Southwestern Oregon Community College (SOCC)

In the fall of 2011, SOCC, a state college offering a full range of courses, completed construction of its campus. As COVID cases wind down, the campus is slated to re-open for in-person education in the fall of 2021.

Open Space

The Master Plan sets aside over 370 acres of lush open space for the enjoyment and benefit of homeowners. As each neighborhood is improved, boundaries will be designated for open space preservation – in perpetuity. Upon completion of the first phase of development, regulations will be established governing their long-term management.

Trails

Over four miles of hiking and biking trails link neighbors to each other, as well as to surrounding public spaces which offer stunning views of forest lands, streams and the mighty Pacific Ocean. Walking and biking to the Lone Ranch Clubhouse, Community College and the Village Center will become a favorite activity for residents.

Clubhouse And Community Park

An integral part of the Lone Ranch Master Plan is the Clubhouse and adjacent park. Positioned to take advantage of breathtaking oceans views, both amenities will serve as a gathering spot for meetings and community activities.

Village Center

A 3.5-acre site is planned for retail and commercial development, designed for the convenience of residents.
